About this property
Stunning Beachfront Apartment with Sea Views and Free Private Parking
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment will appeal to those wanting a relaxing and tranquil holiday while taking in the sea views from your lounge, kitchen or private balcony. With free and dedicated on-site parking, wifi and lift access, this apartment ticks a lot of boxes.
The space
The living space of this second floor apartment is open plan and contemporary in design. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. A dining area seats up to six and the lounge area is positioned by the French doors that open to the balcony - with those all-important sea views!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. Plenty of storage space including a large fitted wardrobe where you'll find a travel cot and high chair is stored in, if you're travelling with a tot.
The second bedroom is a twin and also has a fitted wardrobe. Guests staying here can use the main bathroom.
There is a handy utility cupboard in the hallway with an iron, cleaning equipment, fold away chairs & picnic table to the beach. There is also a bike rack in our parking bay to store your bikes.
There are steps up to the main front door, but if mobility is an issue and you want to avoid stairs, you can use the ramp directly from the carport into the building and the lift in the hallway
All linen and regular towels are included (please pack your beach towels). In peak season, weeklong bookings will run Saturday to Saturday, although flexible arrival days and shorter stays are available out of season and last minute.
The cafes, bars and restaurants of The Waterfront area are just a short stroll away from this apartment. The retail park provides handy shopping. There is a large supermarket to stock up on groceries, a late-night Boots pharmacy and if you fancy a browse for clothes, there is a Next, TK Maxx, Matalan, Smyth’s Toys outlet and Sports Direct.
Eastbourne centre is just a quick five mile drive away, with its theatres, multiscreen Cineworld, Towner Art Gallery and a wider array of shops, restaurants and attractions.
There is no need to use your car and stress about finding parking spaces as the bus stop is just top of our road with frequent service to Eastbourne town centre & train station, offering easy connections to Brighton, Hastings, direct train to Gatwick Airport, London and many other attractions. Golf Courses and sailing clubs within walking distance.
Nearby interesting places to visit are: Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head, Cow Gap Shore, Fishing Mark and Birling Gap not to be missed! Brighton, Lewes and Hastings easily accessible by train or 30 minute drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066) is 5 min drive. The many attractions in Kent, including Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst and the White Cliffs of Dover, are also worth a visit and great days out.
