Hola Jose Antonio, sentimos que su experiencia se haya visto afectada por el vecino y que aún reconociendo que el alojamiento está muy bien solo le haya dado una estrella por una situación que se escapa de nuestro control...
Para futuros huéspedes cabe mencionar que hemos hablado con el vecino en cuestión para que tome medidas respecto a las molestias ocasionadas por la mascota y no afecte a próximos inquilinos.
