This original, modern, and spacious three-bedroom apartment, located in a building surrounded by greenery, also features a garage or parking in front of the apartment. It is very close to the bus stop, the University, and the Hospital.

The recently renovated apartment is bright, modern, and very spacious. It features a large double bedroom with closets, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with an anteroom featuring a convenient sink and washing machine. A bright and original kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your dinners after your tours of the beautiful nearby lakes.
You'll also have access to a balcony with a small table and stress-free parking, either in the garage right below the house or in the free parking lot in front.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal; a second bedroom is available upon request for a fourth guest. You can decide whether to park below the house or in your own garage, and considering that Varese is difficult to find parking, you'll certainly appreciate it.
I will be completely at your disposal. You'll meet me at check-in, I'll show you around the house and explain the main features, and you can always contact me during your stay. I'll be happy to help and make your stay away from home simple and enjoyable, whether for a business trip or otherwise!
