Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Möblierung ist mittlerer Standard.

Die Ferienwohnung besticht insbesondere durch nachfolgende Charakteristika:- sehr sauber und gepflegt - insbesondere sind hier auch die sanitären Anlagen hervorzuheben - sehr gut ausgestattete und sortierte Küche - hervorragendes Platzangebot - Wohnung wirkt wie aus einem Guß, d.h. in sich stimmig und eben nicht als "Resterampe" für ausgesonderte Sachen - viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf einer Terrasse, die keine Wünsche offen läßt (sehr viel Platz, Beschattungsmöglichkeit via Markise, Top-Aussicht)- Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft garantiert- Check-in Möglichkeit über Schlüsselkasten - Kommunikation mit Vermieter 1A (Erreichbarkeit, Freundlichkeit)- Objekt liegt im Bereich einer Sackgasse und ohnehin ist die Umgebung wenig verkehrsfrequentiert, d.h. nicht zuletzt kinderfreundlich - niedliche Katzenschar erfreut die Kinder ;-)

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Alles passte wunderbar. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Balkon ist traumhaft gross und die nähe zu Italien ist gold Wert.

…. Unglaublich schön ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das schadet dem gesamten Objekt keinerlei. Unbedingt im Sommer reisen ….
