Das Appartment liegt an einer ruhigen Sackgasse, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Von der Loggia hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Luganer See. Das Grundstück verfügt zudem über einen privaten Zugang zum See.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Lage und Grundriss der Wohnung sehr gut bis auf die Galerie mit der steilen Treppe und kein aufrechtes Gehen wegen Dachbalken. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Traumhafter Blick

Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für Paare. Schon von der Wohnungstür aus und erst recht auf der großzügigen Loggia hat man einen traumhaften Blick über den kleinen Arm des Luganer Sees. Abends am Kamin weiß man garnicht, ob man ins Feuer oder auf den See schauen soll ;-) Perfekt zum Relaxen, auch dank des privaten Seezugangs, wo man sich auf (selbst mitgebrachten) Liegestühlen entspannen kann. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Tiefgarage perfekt zum Abstellen von Auto und Fahrrädern. (Der einzige kleine Wehrmutstropfen ist der Verkehrslärm, der ab und zu vom italienischen Ufer herüberweht.)

Entspannung an ruhigen Gewässern

Die Wohnung eignet sich ausgezeichnet, sich am Wasser (und auch im Wasser) zu entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem belebt - sowohl mit Mensch wie mit Tier. Das Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen verbreitet gute Stimmung. Die Umgebung lädt ein zu Wanderungen und das Grotto von nebenan zum Verweilen. Müde und Zufrieden nimmt man selbst die Hühnerleiter zum Schlafgemach auch im etwas höheren Erwachsenenalter gerne in Kauf. Frau Scherer besten Dank!

Einfach großartig.

Bei so einer traumhaften Lage kann ein Ferienwohnungsvermieter ja eigentlich schon nichts falsch machen. Aber eben auch einiges richtig: Wohnungseinrichtung, Küchenausstattung, Haustechnik – alles perfekt. Wenn die Wohnung dann auch noch so überdurchschnittlich sauber ist und die Vermieterin ausnehmend freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, dann ist das wohl: Urlaub.

Entspannung in Stadtnähe

Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch die Aussicht toll. Trotz Corona Einschränkungen eine große Auswahl an Aktivitäten. Berggehen, gleich hinterm Haus leichte Wanderung gleich vor dem Haus. Eine gemütliche Einkehr auf allen Wegen. Z.B. in Caslano unter den Platanen. Stadtbummel mit Kultur in Lugano.

Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit perfekt (April). Im Sommer könnte es recht heiss werden.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Direkter Zugang zur Gartenanlage mit Grillstelle. Zimmer freundlich und zweckdienlich. Es hat alles was es braucht. Schöne Wanderungen direkt ab der Haustüre.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Objekt ist wunderschön. Der unverbaute Blick auf den See ist einmalig. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Für die Kaffeemaschine können direkt vor Ort Kapseln für CHF2.00 für 10 Stück erworben werden. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Strasse ist kaum befahren, da es sich um eine Sackgasse handelt. Das dazugehörige Privatgrundstück mit Seeanstoss lädt zum verweilen und baden ein, sofern das Wetter es zulässt (war in unserem Fall im März logischerweise nicht der Fall) Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es war äusserst erholsam.

Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage direkt am See

Die Wohnung und die Lage ist top. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Bett, das auf einem Boden direkt unter Dach liegt. Da es dort sehr warm ist, müsste man sicher jede Woche neue Bettwäsche erhalten.

Wünsche voll erfüllt

Die Wohnung ist gut und schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht und der private Badestrand sind das Tüpfchen auf dem i. Einzig ein Sonnenschutz wäre wünschenswert. Empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage und Asstattung, Seezugang perfekt

Negativ: Lärm von der italienischen Seite,besonders die lauten Motorräder stören in der Nacht. Kein Sonnennschutz, die einzige Wohnung ohne Sonnenstoren, auch kein Ventilator. Es fehlen die Netze gegen Mücken. Die Treppe in der Wohnung zum Schlafplatz sehr steil, nachts gefährlich , Ersatzbett in Wohnzimmer nicht gerade bequem.

Sommerferien

Wir verbrachten bereits zum zweiten und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal unsere Sommerferien in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See begeistert uns jedes Mal wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Übergabe klappte problemlos.

Blick und Baden: einfach 1 a!

Die komfortable Loft-Wohnung ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern modern und schön eingerichtet. Am meisten überzeugt allerdings der Ausblick (bei Tag und Nacht) sowie der private Seezugang. In Italien einkaufen und in der Schweiz leben: Das haben wir 15 Tage lang sehr genossen! Einzig Fliegengitter wären noch wünschenswert. Die Tigermücke macht nämlich in der wunderschönen Region des Tessin auch gerne Urlaub;-)

Ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht, guter Ausgangspunkt.

Freundliche Wohnungsbesitzer, professionelle Abwicklung von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Wohnungsübergabe bis zur Abreise. Die 1-Zimmer -Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, passend für 2 Personen eingerichtet, der Balkon über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite genial.
