Die Lage war wirklich toll, wie beschrieben, aber der Rest war nicht wie in der Beschreibung. Wohn- und Schlafräume mit Badezimmer waren räumlich getrennt und nur über eine Gang nach draußen verbunden (in der Beschreibung so nicht dargelegt). Das Anwesen war vom Gesamteindruck stark vernachlässigt. Das Untergeschoss, in dem sich Schlafräume und Bad befinden hatte keine normale Stehhöhe (nicht beschrieben), für große Menschen nur mit eingezogenem Kopf begehbar. Die Fenster großen Schlafraum hatten keinerlei Abdunklung. Das Bad war nicht sauber, zB Haare in der Dusche. Angesabbertes Hundespielzeug auf der Terasse. Der Geschirrspüler war voll, sodass man erstmal ausräumen durfte. Zudem sehr wenig Utensilien in der Küche (kein Mülleimer!).
