Private: natural state property, meadow. Grocery 19 km, bus stop "Årvikeneset" 300 m, pebble beach 1 km, lake Lambavannet 1 km. Nearby attractions: Trollzunge Odda 47 km, Rosendal 60 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Folgefonngletscher 35 km.
"Trefall", 4-room house 49 m2. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and DVD. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace 20 m2, terrace 10 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Cozy cabin with a fantastic view

We have enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are wonderful and the fjord view is awesome. The cabin is rustically cozy and everything you need is there. Nice contact with the host and the neighbors. The beds are more for friends of very soft mattresses. Gladly again!

Heerlijke plek voor rustzoekers. Prachtig uitzicht over het fjord. In de buurt zijn wat wandelroutes, maar voor de toeristische tours rond Odda moet je eerst een uur met de auto. Huis heeft wasmachine en vaatwasser en heel veel uitrusting. Geen tv-zenders, geen internet ( wel 5g)

Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick

Wir haben die Zeit mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr sauber. Ruhe und Entspannung ist garantiert.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Schöne Hütte mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Allerdings sollte der Besitzer die Hütte mal entrümpeln und technisch überprüfen. Bei unser Ankunft funktionierte das Licht in dem Badezimmer überhaupt nicht, in der Küche nur bedingt. Der vorhandene Wasserkocher ist unbrauchbar, eine Kaffemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Schränke können nicht genutzt werden, da diese einfach nur vollgerümpelt sind. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Trotz alledem hatten wir hier zu zweit einen tollen Urlaub.

superbe chalet au dessus du fjord

chalet très fonctionnel et très accueillant ,avec une vue superbe sur le fjord !une belle impression de quiétude dans cet endroit !le propriétaire très gentil nous adonné des informations par téléphone sur ce qu'il y avait à visiter aux alentours !je recommande aux amoureux de la nature cette location et aussi pour la gentillesse du propriétaire

Paradis op de aarde....

Schitterend gelegen vakantiehuisje met adembenemend uitzicht op Hardangerfjord en de omliggende bergen, voorzien van alle comfort en sfeervol ingericht. Houtkachel voor de frisse avonden. Goed contact met de eigenaar die tips voor de activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden in de regio heeft aangedragen. Erg tevreden over ons verblijf in Kysnesstrand.
