Hosting ten bedrooms including a three super-king-size with TVs, sofa beds and en-suite shower rooms, a super-king-size with a zip/link feature, two super-king-size, two king-size, a family room with four singles and a family room with a king-size and a single, along with two cloakrooms and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to 29 guests. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug with a woodburning stove, a games room and a cinema room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a large garden with a lawn, a patio, furniture, a hot tub, a sauna, and a summer house. Moorlands Manor is the perfect pick for a grand and memorable family holiday. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property; if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond. Please note : The owners do not allow Fireworks to be set off at the property , but will allow silent fireworks

Large private garden with lawned grounds, Vitality Spa, sauna, summer house, furniture and a firepit BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: A helicopter can be hired with prior notice for special celebrations, as there is a Helipad in the gardens on the grounds. The owner is able to assist with local contacts for caterers and suppliers. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £1,000 for this property. Please note: The check in day for this property is Friday; the owner will also accept a Monday check in if you are booking more than 2 weeks in advance of your stay; any other check in days will not be permitted. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
