Mill Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining seating for nine people, a sitting room with open-fire and Smart TV, a snug, and a shared, external game room with table football and snooker table. The bedrooms consist of a double, two twins, and a bunk bed that sleeps three, serviced by two shower rooms. Outside, there is a rear garden with a hot tub, furniture, and barbecue, and off-road parking for four cars, as well as a large communal car park for all six cottages. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.1 miles and a pub in 3.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Aylesbeare is the perfect getaway spot to explore the Devonshire coast and the Blackdown Hills which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The woodland village of West Hill is close-by with a well-stocked convenience store and is the pickup point for the local pizza van, whilst the town centre of Ottery St Mary is around two miles away. The beautiful seaside town of Sidmouth is just 20 minutes by car and has a host of independent shops, cafes and eateries, not to mention a stunning coastline with beaches for sunbathing and surfing.
