Newlands in Windermere, Cumbria sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Newlands is a lovely 1st floor apartment resting in Windermere, Lake District. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (zip/link beds, can be made into king-size bed on request), together sleeping four people and served by a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Newlands is a superb property is the ideal base for exploring the Lake District.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. WiFi, Digital Freeview TV. Power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot and high chair available to rent from local office. Secure, private parking for one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Shops 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Please be aware that the fire alarm system within the complex will be tested every Wednesday between 1pm to 2pm

Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.
