Recently accredited with a 4* Visit Britain Award. This is a great property in an excellent location for families or couples who want to enjoy nearby Bowness and Lake Windermere. The Bird's Nest makes this well looked after 3 bedroom cosy bungalow a little slice of paradise, and the glorious surroundings offer the best of the Lake District on your doorstep. simply spend lazy days on the patio or in the garden. Soak up the sun on wintry days in the warmth of the conservatory or eat al-fresco meals on the patio before retiring to the cosy living room. Stunning walks start straight from the door, including up to the Biskey Howe viewpoint above Bowness, from where the whole of Lake Windermere can be seen. Not only the birds want to build their nest at this place! All on one level it is a perfect base for anyone with walking difficulties or who can't manage stairs. This cosy property has some underfloor heating with additional fire in lounge and heater in the conservatory. The property has just had a new roof fitted to the conservatory which overlooks a well maintained private garden.

It is close enough to the Village to be apart of it but far enough away to enjoy the Lake with no passers by the location is faboulous.
