This holiday apartment couldn’t be better placed for exploring the beautiful Lake District, with boat trips and a host of amenities and attractions close by.. 17 steps to entrance.
First Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Second Floor:
Open plan living space.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Electric car charging point (£30pw, £20 per short breaks). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Having been renovated in 2019, Bowness Apartment offers a stylish and relaxing living area for family and friends alike. The open plan living space creates a great social space for the whole group and offers comfort for everyone. Just minutes’ walk from the world famous Beatrix Potter Museum, this apartment is ideally located in the cosmopolitan town of Bowness-on-Windermere.
A wealth of independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs and high end restaurants are all found within a short stroll. You can also enjoy a leisurely steamer ride on the lake to witness the stunning landscape. There are regular boat trips over to Ambleside and Lakeside, the latter of which is home to the Lakes Aquarium. From here you can take a steam train along the Lakeside-Haverthwaite railway route. Walkers can enjoy access to a variety of walks from Bowness-on-Windermere. Take a short stroll to the lake or a more strenuous hike up the valley of Kentmere.
Many other popular Lake District towns such as Ambleside, Kendal, Grasmere, Ulverston and Coniston are within easy driving distance. Of course you don’t have to travel far for an adventure, but with many of the 214 Wainwright Fells within easy reach, you can be as active as you wish. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
