For the less energetic, pony trekking, canal cruising or the local Brecon Steam Railway are a must. Travel a little further to Hay-on-Wye with its numerous book shops, visit the craft and collectors’ fairs and the four day Royal Welsh Agricultural Show at Builth Wells, or explore the delightful medieval town of Abergavenny.
