Only 2 shower rooms despite the listing stating 3. The hot tub took 3 days to heat to 36 degrees (38 degree recommended). We stayed for 4 days and didn't have hot water for a day and a half. Still no comms from agent Sykes Cottages 7 days after reporting and seeking compensation.
