AMAZING Apartment!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the view is perfection. Marilu was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed during the stay. Such a great experience. The huge windows around the apartment provide views in every direction. It was great to also have a washing machine and dryer. The only minor issue was it was just a little bit noisy, in the back bedroom by the Ovalo - but you get used to the sounds of Lima traffic quickly :) I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely stay here again!!

What a BEAUTIFUL apartment on the 9th floor!!!! Everything is as advertised. It’s huge with plenty of room for all 4 of us. Communication was excellent with Marilu. Check-in and check-out was seamless. VERY secure building. The only downside is if you are a light sleeper and sleeping in master bedroom. The town seems never to sleep and you hear cars, cops, people and honking all night long. That was rough, but I would still highly recommend this apartment.

Central & Beautiful

This property is a large and beautiful apartment with large floor to ceiling windows on two sides overlooking Central Park. It is central to everything in Miraflores. Walking distance to department stores, grocery stores, and many restaurants, not to mention the beach. You also can sit in the park which is across the street and people watch to your hearts content. You can’t beat this property in Miraflores. But , you have to enjoy traffic noise non stop 24 hours a day. Owner is very helpful and easily contacted for any assistance required. Area is very safe and exceptionally clean.

Right in the heart of everything.

Along with the location does come noise so you may want to bring earplugs. But with car honking you also get beautiful music and singing from the park. This place does not have AC but the walls of windows have unique pivoting windows that bring in great cross breezes. This place is huge with beautiful views of the park. The master bedroom overlooks the Oval. My stay here really made me experience Kennedy Park.
