This self contained 2 bedroom flat is super central and an ideal base for exploring the city centre and /or attending the main festival venues. Most of the city centre site and festival venues are within easy walking distance. The Grassmarket is only a 3 minute walk away and the High Street is 15 minute walk away. The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, a lovely large, spacious living room (with a futon providing a bed for a 5th guest), a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
