Beautiful very well located apartment on the Royal Mile. 2 large bedrooms and spacious lounge/kitchen looking onto the most historic street in Scotland.

This impressive swcond floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This wonderful apartment is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the train / tram / bus station.

The apartment itself has a lounge/kitchen with windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile.
A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from the living room.
The master bedroom with double bed has built in mirror wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a double bed and mirrored wardrobes. All bedrooms are at the back of the apartment where there is no street noise.

A main bathroom with lovely bath, shower above bath, WC, sink and towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of double beds. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge with kitchen is large enough to sit and have breakfast or simply to relax in. The free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and Train Station - a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

Special Events: Edinburgh Festival: This is a stunning flat to stay in during the Edinburgh festival and all festivals and theatres within walking distance.

If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost.

Incredible spot!
So it's hard to believe how magical this place was!!!!! Spacious, close to everything actually in the middle of everything but I never felt on display. Our little gate and stairwell was very private. The stairs were pretty serious but we managed our heavy luggage up and down fine. The bed was super comfortable. The "fireplace"(heater) was fun. Our host was wonderful. Oh and right next door had wonderful coffee! I highly recommend!!!

Great location
The flat was centrally located on the Royal Mile. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The stairs were a little tricky with luggage, but otherwise it was great.

The owner is very friendly and responsive. The unit had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and most of all the shower had endless hot water. The location was perfect; however, the stairs are not easy, (I am 78) but that is what is to be expected for that part of the city. Overall, the apartment was clean and coinvent and we were pleased.
