Come to Moab and stay in this beautiful three-bedroom flat for eight, which can be rented with the upstairs rental, and enjoy a location within walking distance of downtown.

The 0.2-mile trek to town makes it easy to access all the must-see sites, restaurants, and bars of Moab. Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands are within approximately 30 miles, and Arches National Park is a mere five miles away. Slickrock Trial, where you can show your mountain biking prowess is only a four-mile drive.

This vacation rental has been decorated with an eye for style. The living room has classic brick walls and beckons you to relax and watch a movie on the large flatscreen cable TV, complete with a DVD player and Netflix streaming. The free WiFi will keep you connected and the private washer/dryer will allow you to pack light. Perfect spot for visit to Moab

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here during our time in Moab. The space is large enough for our young adult children to have their own beds and bathrooms. The main living area was very spacious - perfect for meals, games and hanging out. Parking was easy, location ideal for visiting downtown Moab as well as the adjacent parks and recreation areas. Would highly recommend staying here!

Weekend dessert trip

We came here with my mom and our two small kiddos. Very conveniently located for getting outdoors or downtown, lots of space for the kids to run around and enjoy, and plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. We had a wonderful time.

Almost perfect.

Close to everything, ample parking in the back for our dirt bikes. I loved that they stocked EXTRA towels. Clean, updated space, hot tub and fire pit were definitely a plus! Lot's of space for 8 adults. Washer and dryer worked great. On demand hot water. I would have loved to give this space 5 stars but the noise from the upstairs renters/tenants was pretty loud at times. I'm not sure what can be done, it didn't really bother us until the last night when a new family came in with children, then we could hear EVERYTHING. There was also a guy maybe squatting in the back in his truck? He was back there every night of our stay, We were't sure if he was staying at first, but pretty sure he hadn't showered in a while. All in all, great space, would stay here again. Debated including the noise issue because I like it so much but better to be honest I guess.

Review #20776121 “Dog-friendly getaway on Main Street w/shared firepit & hot tub”

The interior of the home was well lit, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean with high end appliances, a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens. The hot tub is a lovely touch. The gas grill was an added bonus! Unfortunately we did experience a few draw backs - There is not enough room to park two cars in front. Not a big deal, because there is plenty of parking available in the back of the property. We recommend installing a motion light (with a short timer) to light the way from the front of the house to the back parking area. The internet and HVAC system worked fine until the people who rented the above unit arrived. At that point in time we no longer had internet access or control of the HVAC in our unit. It didn't appear as though there were two individual HVAC systems. As I mentioned, our unit (the downstairs) was very comfortable until the other renters arrived. We were then hostages to their personal heating/cooling preference. We turned our unit off but that proved to be useless. The HVAC system in our unit would never shut off. The HVAC system pumped cold air in the kitchen/living room area, roasted the master bedroom and one of the bedrooms. Whilst the other bedroom was freezing cold and would never get warm. The other draw back to the above unit is everything they did could be heard. You could hear every step, snore, etc. There does not appear to be any sound proofing. Unfortunately we were in our own unit, but on their time schedule. In addition, when they left to go explore, their dogs stayed in the unit and barked and howled until they returned. VERY frustrating! Luckily we're active and go to Moab to ride and explore not to "live" in the place we rent. However, we pick and pay a handsome price for the place we call home while on vacation. We go to Moab every year and would like to rent this place again next year, but we're reluctant to do so.

Location does not make up for inconveniences

We were excited to have this property so close to downtown. Our stay was not as expected or planned and we did decide to end our stay early for the lack of cleanliness and inconveniences we had. While we were aware there was only one parking space, it is right in front of the lower door, so you hear everything the other party does when they leave or arrive. Our parking spaces were behind the motel that was adjacent to the property. This property was very dirty with trash from the dumpster strewn everywhere and was shared with the motel. The door is an old storefront door, which is ok, but I think there could be improvements to put a real door on and have a passcode to enter the property. We had a regular key that had a lockbox in the entryway; not terrible, but definitely an area for improvement safety-wise. There is a door that connects to the upstairs if you are booking both properties and has a key box in the lower section. This door was unlocked when we arrived and did not get a response until a few days into our stay about what the code was. The manager explained it was a miscommunication of renter's needs, but no one reached out in a timely manner. We used the cornhole set to "lock" the door. The property was not very clean with the front-loading clothes washer smelling musty, dust on the windowsills, heavily used plastic cups that were cloudy, debris under the beds and entertainment stand, dirty shower floors, dead insects on the floor, and we did have an encounter with two cockroaches. Since it was the season for them, the manager asked if we would like the property sprayed while we were staying there, but we did not feel that was very safe. Many amenities listed could not be used if the upstairs was also booked. We had a cornhole set, but could not play it as the only space available was the patio outside of the upstairs apartment; same goes for the hot tub. We did have an outdoor patio with a pergola that was not super sturdy. When leaned on, the pergola and fence it was attached to would sway. We stayed away from that as well. We left this property two days early after encountering cockroaches and not being able to look past the other dirty surfaces. We loved the idea of a large kitchen so we could make a few meals in, but we ate every meal out given the lack of kitchen items available for meal prep. If you are looking for a quick stay, this would suffice, but it is not a clean, home-y property with any usable amenities.

Very nice location. House was clean and the kitchen was very nice. Overall the house is well stocked and comfortable. The mattresses were the only issue. They need to be replaced. Bathrooms were great.

Great stay but be aware that the twin beds are in a hallway

Beautiful place. Huge common areas and good location. Only issues we had were the twin beds were basically in a hallway between 2 bedrooms. Also we were in the downstairs unit and you can hear the people in the upstairs unit walking around. I would stay here again

Great location and space

Great open space with well equipped kitchen and great room for hanging out with a crowd. Having 3 full bathrooms was wonderful! Outside sitting area with grill was a bonus space to cook and hang out. The washer and dryer area was convenient. Entire place was very clean!

Moab Getaway

This property is quietly located at the South end of Moab. Note that this space is a converted store front which is not made clear in the description. There is a nice amount of room including the three bathrooms so a group of 4-6 don't feel like they are on top of each other.. Drawbacks: No dressers for storing clothing. One closet. Poor selection of dishware unless you like unmicrowaveable plastic.Bring toilet paper and dish washing supplies if staying more than two days. Very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Garbage disposal had very fowl odor and had to be cleaned a couple times with ice.

Work and fun Moab weekend

We had a group of 6 people come in for a work weekend in Moab and were looking for a convenient and comfortable place to base out of. As for convenience, the house was ideal being right off Main Street with walkable access to restaurants and other amenities. The house was roomy and well laid out with newer appliances and furnishings. We cooked dinner each night and enjoyed the comfortable surroundings. Great place to stay in Moab!

Great place - ultimate convenience

While a surprising location, right at the start of the business district, Bella Casa provides a fantastic location for all the adventuring you want to do around Moab. QUIET. Three queen beds. Three full baths (one en suite). Large well equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms. Easy walk into restaurants. Good parking. Great for groups. We were two couples. Enjoy your stay!

Quiet, cool placr

The property was well maintained and clean. After a long, hot day outside we were able to come into a cool house due to the ac and block house. They had plenty of blankets to snuggle up at the end of the night to watch a movie. The master room bed felt like there was a bump in the middle of the bed, but it was manageable. When we arrived, we had a difficult time locating the key box because we didnt know exactly what were were looking for. We would definitely reserve this unit again.
