Bowen Luxury House – Downtown Moab Retreat for Groups & Families
If you're planning a stylish group getaway or family reunion, Bowen Luxury House offers the perfect mix of comfort, location, and elegance in the heart of Moab. This beautifully designed home sits right downtown, adjacent to our flagship Bowen Motel, with restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away.
Enjoy coffee and pastries from a local café on the upper deck or in the spacious backyard. Inside, you’ll find sophisticated decor throughout—from hardwood floors and custom engravings to a gold-framed fireplace mirror and a glowing chandelier. The open great room is perfect for relaxing with a book or sharing photos via fast Wi-Fi.
Cooking for a crowd? The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a gas range, full-size appliances, and a mosaic backsplash. There's also a wet bar for extra prep space and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Gather around the main dining table or head upstairs to enjoy meals on the deck.
The home sleeps 10–12 guests comfortably across five unique bedrooms. The upstairs La Sal Suite includes a king bed, private sitting room, and futon. Four additional bedrooms each have queen beds and individual character—like the antique touches in the Castleton Room or the sunset views in the Moab Room. Every room has its own flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Convenient off-street parking is available behind the house. When you're ready to explore, Arches National Park is just 5 miles away, and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point are within a scenic 30-mile drive.

The large home is full of character. The furniture is gorgeous and the place had so many amenities. All the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The owner Tyler was very responsive and communicative. The location was perfect being right downtown. Also easy and short drive to Arches and Canyonlands which was our main destination. We had access to the pool right across the street. The yard and outdoor space at the house were wonderful. For 3 nights The 6 of us could just chill in the balcony or porch or side yard. I highly recommend anyone who appreciates an older -but very well maintained- vacation get away to stay here!
I stayed here to hike in Arches National Park with family. Very convenient location for this. Moab has lots to over for Restaurants. The House had everything we needed. The Motel was very responsive to our needs. Awesome, beautiful place! It waa very clean
Visited Moab with my husband & 3 adult children. We loved the house. The beds were comfortable & we each had our own bathroom. I usually don't pay much attention to decor, but the interior was very charming. Although everything had been updated, the original footprint had been preserved. Location was great. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. plenty of parking and we did not find the street noise excessive. Would definitely stay again.
This is an excellent property that met all our needs. Its location in downtown is convenient to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here on a return to Moab.
Loved the home. Perfect for large groups and each room had its own bathroom! Parking was perfect, we had 3 trailers and 4 trucks and still had plenty of room to maneuver and have all the buggy's unloaded and parked. Great location only a 1/2 block off main but very quiet and safe. Definitely will book again.
It was a great setup for all the different generations of our group. Also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom!! It was amazing how quiet it was even on the busy road. Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants.
Interesting house, great location. The house is still set up like a B&B which took some getting used to....not as much space for a family to gather together and no group TV. It also advertised a hot tub but didn't actually have one. The owner responded to our complaint immediately and gave us a discount for this and had VRBO fix the error, which we appreciated. We liked that each room had it's own bathroom, the bedrooms were
All was good at the Luxury House. The 10 of us who stayed there, found it to be "as advertised. A few minor issues, but all in all, it was a great experience.
