This apartment was great - clean, a nice location, friendly staff. The only down side was no air conditioning and we were there during 95 degree weather, but I'm imagining that is rare for London so I don't blame them for not having AC.

This was an ideal location—close to all the most iconic spots in the area. The manager was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had access to parking, and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Highly recommended!

There were quite a few problems with this accommodation:• the water in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly (had to use the bathtub for everything)• there were a lot of kitchen utensils missing (no pans, missing dishes,…)• no parking spaces (the prescription said otherwise) • host didn’t answer calls or messages (got the check in details only 1 hour before)London is worth the stay but not in this place. We wouldn’t go there again

The flat was shabby. Many basics were missing - shower over the bath had no screen or shower curtain so place awash especially after 4 showers. Not toilet roll holder so toilet paper had to sit on the floor. Living room furniture was stained. No tea towels or washing up liquid. Rooms so small the in two with double beds - it was necessary for the second person to climb over when groin and out. One of the kitchen cupboards has the door cover ripped off. Very strange bolt on floor near doorway - disaster for tripping.

El apartamento amplio para 5 personas, esta limpio sino se mira en profundidad, los utensilios de cocina eran bastante viejos y no habia muchos. El agua del baño no salia muy bien. Estaba bien situado, a 5 min del metro y del centro comercial. El dueño es amable, nos dejo entrar antes de tiempo.
