Villa Maris was once a favorite country retreat for the family who own the villa. It is located in a beautiful Cretan landscape, in the village of Passalites in Rethymnon, Crete! This beautiful villa has a brand new outdoor area, and real comfort inside as it can accommodate up to a maximum of six people. The house was carefully renovated in 2020 and transformed into a comfortable and welcoming fully furnished villa, with a private pool!
Accommodation details:
Living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 sofa beds, a full bathroom and a bathroom with a separate shower.

Services:
Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels. There is a weekly change of sheets, daily cleaning of the pool. Fresh flowers are also provided. Upon arrival guests receive a welcome basket with essentials. Chef/cooking and babysitting services can be arranged, payable locally. Guests are met by the owner of the house. A local contact for help, information and emergencies is provided, and there is a comprehensive information pack about the house and the local area.
Abroad:
Villa Maris is located in a quiet place where in the sunbathing area, there is a swimming pool, shower, sunbeds, outside table and chairs, as well as umbrellas. There is a patio area next to the pool perfect for alfresco dining.
Interior:
The accommodation is split over two levels, and the house is all beautifully decorated, furnished with high quality furniture and fittings. On the ground floor is the main living room with fireplace, comfortable furniture and kitchen with dining area, which has a table with eight seats, and leads to an outside terrace with dining area and bathroom. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms with the bathroom, with a large balcony overlooking the mountain, the garden and the pool!
