"ALBA CHIARA" by the sea. A beautiful townhouse with a spacious veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, a rocking chair, and a sunshade—perfect for enjoying the sea to the fullest, relaxing, and having outdoor lunches and dinners. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, a gas stove, refrigerator, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Two double bedrooms, complete with sheets and bath towels; a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer and soap; and a living room with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed and a smart TV. Just 100 metres from Acquedolci Beach and the seaside promenade, and a two-minute walk from the beautiful Balai Beach. Less than a ten-minute walk from city centre and all the attractions. 30 km from Stintino and Castelsardo, and just a little further to Alghero and Argentiera—ideal if you want to explore this part of the island on a day trip.
