In the heart of the medieval village of Caronia, a town in the Nebrodi Park, this slightly vintage-style house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor), a laundry room, and a spacious terrace overlooking the San Biagio plain, next to the church.
It is 4 km from the beach at Marina di Caronia, on Sicily’s Tyrrhenian coast, 50 km from Cefalù, 40 km from Capo d’Orlando, and 23 km from the ferry terminal for the Aeolian Islands. The train station is located in the hamlet of Marina di Caronia (4 km away), while Catania Airport is 130 km away and Palermo is 170 km away.
In the medieval village, where you can still feel the atmosphere of days gone by, there stands a medieval castle built by Frederick II. The peaceful setting is perfect for relaxation and, at the same time, serves as an excellent starting point for visiting the sites of the Nebrodi Park, the Aeolian Islands, and the stunning crystal-clear waters of Sicily’s Tyrrhenian coast.
