This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

This home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Private screened lanai and pool/hottub were great for us! House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Close to FGCU and has a great backyard!

We rented this house to stay in for our son’s graduation from FGCU. We spent most of our time outside in the lovely screened in lanai/pool. There was even a tv outside! It was a very quiet neighborhood for San Carlos park. Our host Alex was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!
