JUST REMODELED BEAUTIFUL POOL HOME! ONLY 3 MILES from Ft Myers Beach/Sanibel.

Spend your vacation in your PRIVATE PARADISE! Enjoy both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Restaurants, shopping, golf, mini golf, parasailing, water sports, gorgeous sunsets, biking all just minutes away.

ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! Beds, mattresses, bedding, furniture, appliances, etc.
COMPLETELY PRIVATE BACKYARD! HEATED POOL. Get up in sunshine and enjoy a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. Sit outside on the private lanai, in the pool playing a game of pool basketball or watching TV while floating. Grill some burgers on the grill! Spend the evening around the fire pit or get the family outside in a competitive game of Corn Hole! If you want to relax inside, watch some movies on the 65 in TV or get your family and friends playing one of the NUMEROUS FUN GAMES provided. All rooms in the house have large new Roku TVs. Xfinity internet/xfinity TV. WIFI password in the house.
Two living room areas. Large Tv on the lanai. Fenced in dog run for your furry family member!

The main bedroom is a beautiful KING with private shower bathroom. An extra vanity with sink outside the bathroom is convenient for another to get ready!

The second bedroom is a gorgeous KING with access to the pool. A second bathroom features a shower/bathtub and has pool access.

The third bedroom has bunkbeds, able to accommodate four! The top is an XL FULL, with the bottom a QUEEN. Sleeping four.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF HOUSE. Smoking is allowed outside on lanai.

Please bring trash and recycling out to end of driveway on Tuesday evenings. Pick up is Wednesday mornings. Thank you!

It is dry season in Florida right now. And there is a burn ban. We want to keep our Florida environment safe from wild fires :-). !! We have the prepackaged burning log for your convenience to place in the fire pit outside and keep the Mesh topper always on when burning the log. You can purchase more logs at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!

I don’t think my kids could have spent more time in the pool. Love the set up for families. We enjoyed grilling and eating poolside. Easy drive to the beach. We had THE BEST time! Thank you!

The home is beautiful/outdoor area too! Very clean, items are stocked/ bedrooms are very large. The outdoor space with the heated pool gives an extra area to relax. Great location! The host communicated and was very nice. Would differently recommend!

Loved the location to Fort Myers Beach, the outlets, manatee park and all the things we pack in during our trips here. Jim was very attentive and lots of attention to detail in the house. Kids loved all the games - magnatiles, charades, and more. Fire pit and pool were awesome.

Jim was quick to answer all our questions and very helpful. This was the first home we have stayed at that actually had a "heated" pool. The others advertised they did but did not. This home was so clean and neat. Location great, near beaches. Could use some sharp knives for steaks, chopping, etc. No mixing bowls (Large) and no cake or pie pans which we needed. But we got by. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. Many little items that were provided that made our stay much easier. Our family loved it. We'd give it an A. Cleanest home I think we have EVER rented. God bless!
