The location is perfect to reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia, Sarzana, Tellaro, and Portovenere heading in one direction, and Versilia with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and the Apuan Alps going the other way.
You can also reach Pisa within an hour’s drive.

The space
The apartment is one of the five that make up the Casa fra gli Ulivi complex, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and all the comforts offered by the property. The accommodation, large in size and enhanced by high-quality finishes, parquet flooring, and carefully chosen, distinctive furnishings, consists of a spacious living area with sofas and a dining table, illuminated by a large French door that leads to the private outdoor patio with table, chairs, and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, fully embracing the summer days and evenings.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, colorful and modern, equipped with appliances and an additional small table, ideal for breakfasts or meals.
Everything you might need to store, prepare, and consume meals inside the house is provided: gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and crockery. A dishwasher is also available.

The apartment has four beds: there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
What will make your experience unique in the first bedroom is certainly the presence of a whirlpool bathtub right in front of your bed, which you can use during your stay, under the magic of the starry sky.
Both bedrooms also include wardrobes for your personal belongings.

Free Wi-Fi connection is available.
Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
For the winter months, autonomous hot air split heating is available, also for an additional cost.
A wood-burning stove is also present.

The shared outdoor area with other guests consists of the beautiful garden and the large swimming pool, equipped with a shower, solarium with sun loungers, and a relaxation area with a gazebo, table, and armchairs — the ideal place to cool off and relax on hot summer days.

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

There is also a SPA with a whirlpool and sauna, available for an extra fee, and a poolside bar for excellent cocktails and breakfasts.

The property does not have private parking, but about 100 meters from the entrance there is a free public parking area where spaces are usually available for guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Upon request, it is possible to use our linen (sheets and towels).

Guest access
The apartment and its private patio are accessed through the house. The main entrance to the complex, the garden, pool, adjacent relaxation area, solarium, and the outdoor whirlpool are shared with other guests. The upper floor of the building is occupied by the owners. Please maintain polite and respectful behavior and respect the common areas and other people.

EXTRA COSTS AND SERVICES:

The municipality of Ameglia, which includes the Montemarcello district, requires a tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival by the person handling check-in.

Linen (sheets and towels) can be used upon request for an extra fee.

Upon request and subject to availability, a private boat rental is possible, with or without a driver, for a day (10:00 AM–6:00 PM, price to be determined).

Upon request and subject to availability, a 9-seat van with driver is available (price to be determined).

Upon request, exclusive use of the whirlpool and sauna is available for a fee.

Upon request and subject to availability, a crib for children is available at €30 per stay (basic linen included).

Upon request and subject to availability, individual or couples massage services are offered (price to be determined).

Air conditioning is available at €10 per day.

Heating is available at €15 per day.

Upon request and subject to availability, a private chef service is available (price depends on type of dinner and number of people).

An extra charge of €10 per night is requested for each additional guest.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Early or late check-in/check-out may often be arranged for an additional fee of €15 per guest to the person handling the check-in (6:00 PM–9:00 PM, early check-in before 3:00 PM). For later hours, if possible, the fee may be higher.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept more than 2 children per booking, as this may affect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

How to reach Casa fra gli Ulivi:
Take the A12/E80 highway, exit at Sarzana, and continue towards Ameglia until the Montemarcello district.

If traveling by public transport, the nearest train station is Sarzana, from where you can reach Montemarcello by bus. The bus stop is 100 meters from the property. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
