Casa Sundaram is an architectural wonder, Zen perfection in design and decor, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Casa Sundaram is a two bedroom home that can be rented for discounted rate as one bedroom home for a maximum of two adults.
When renting only one bedroom, upon check-in you get to pick which room out of two available you prefer. The unoccupied bedroom will remain locked.

Two floors featuring the highest quality in finishes and construction, including TOTO brand plumbing, Italian imported flooring and local Parota wood furniture.

Eco chic, solar panels, water saving devises, and recycling are some of the features and practices that endears Casa Sundaram to those who honor the Earth and its wellbeing.

The fully equipped kitchen, with top of the line appliances, including refrigerator, professional stove, and garbage disposal.

There are two suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each suite has a King size bed with a memory foam, orthopedic mattress, and an en-suite complete bathroom. You do not share any of the spaces; it is your own private home.

You will find true relaxation in San Pancho, along the famous Riviera Nayarit. We welcome you to fall in love with the town and its spectacular setting on the coast. It is quaint, quiet and beautiful, uncrowded and unpretentious. To everyone’s delight, San Pancho has kept the charming old Mexican flair.

The house was better than anticipated! The pool was wonderful and got daily use. The spa room was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It was our first time to San Pancho and we loved it! We will definitely be back.

Perfect, perfect perfect! Everything was perfect. The host were very gracious and accommodating, and extremely helpful. The distance to the beach was easily walked, and everything that we needed for a day at the beach was provided for us, except of course, the goodies that went into the cooler.

Great week at Casa Sundaram

Casa Sundaram is very tasteful and comfortable, and a very short stroll to the quiet beach. The kitchen is well equipped, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are included. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. The 'spa' room is a bonus, with a good massage table and Bluetooth speaker. Bedroom is very comfortable, internet reliable. We did find it noisy on several nights, with loud activity at the bar on the corner, and/or other adjacent vacationers partying and singing karaoke on their balconies past midnight. (The pool pump is a constant racket so we shut it off.) When it's quiet you can hear the surf and the breeze. Also, the neighbors have a clear view into the kitchen/lounge/pool area from their windows and patio, compromising privacy. You can easily walk in to San Francisco to dine and shop, and Sayulita is a 15-minute drive. Overall we were very happy with our visit. A few larger bowls in the kitchen, and a privacy curtain to block the neighbor's view would be the final touches on a great rental.

Beautiful Space!

Felipe and Abe were amazing hosts and are warm and hospitable. They have thought of everything to make sure our stay was perfect and went out of their way to make us comfortable! They were really helpful with restaurant recommendations in town too. The Casa was off the beaten path but we really didnt mind the walk to and from town every day and it was a bonus because of the peace and quiet as well as the privacy! The stars are also phenomenal from the street and villa. The space itself is modern yet comfortable to lounge whether you want to hang out by the pool with a book or in your bedroom. I do a bit of interior design myself and this is a place I'd be proud to have had my hand in. Highly recommend Sundaram for a romantic and relaxing getaway! The only thing I should point out is the wifi is spotty so - which it is in the ENTIRE town. The internet can be down for days. But they have a back up wifi that worked great in the common/pool area. Thanks so much Felipe and Abe! we hope to see you guys again soon!

We recently spent a week at this property and could not have been more thrilled. The communication from the hosts from the very beginning was impeccable. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Felipe, Abe and their property manager Barbara, were gracious and accommodating. The property in itself is very special (open air living at it’s finest) .. the kitchen was well equipped, the plunge pool was great for morning or evening soaks, the bed was comfortable and the location was just what we wanted. It’s a bit removed from the center of town but easily walkable and only a short golf cart ride (recommend renting one). As advertised, it’s literally steps from the beach and beach chairs etc are provided with the unit. The neighbourhood was quiet and had a lovely restaurant, Mezcaleria and beach club right around the corner. We will absolutely be back to San Pancho and gladly stay here again.

Great property located in suburban jungle with close proximity of the beach. Sounds of the jungle will help you relax and fall asleep. Food in San Pancho is fantastic. Suggest golf cart to help get around.

The Best of San Pancho!

Abraham and Felipes' property is absolutely AMAZING. It is perfectly situated in a very quiet part of town and just a short walk from the best part of the beach. The house is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean, well kept and stocked with all of the necessities in addition to extra things like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool is perfect and the kitchen had all of the necessary elements (although we cooked fresh fish one night... we found it actually cheaper and easier to just eat at one of the awesome restaurants in town). Abe and Felipe were beyond helpful and accommodating, and it was a joy to bump into them out and about and chat. I can't speak highly enough of Barbara, our cohost, who went above and beyond anything that we have experienced before with a vacation rental. Anything that we could have possibly wanted to do, see, or experience, she arranged immediately (it was literally the closest thing that I could imagine to having a personal assistant along on vacation)! If it were possible to give this property and the experience we had more stars I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience in San Pancho!

Great honeymoon getaway

We had such an amazing time staying at the Sundaram Suites hosted by Abraham and Felipe. The location was perfect and all the accommodations were excellent. Looking forward to our next visit to San Pancho and would absolutely stay here again!

Helpful owners

The owners were delightful, welcoming and helpful. The space was different than I imagined with primarily a room to ourselves and a public area. We expected cleaning every other day, but it happened only twice during the week.

It is also showned very clearly in pictures and floor plans: 2 separate suites and a common area. Beautiful Sundaram!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Sundaram and would absolutely go back! The owners, Abraham and Filipe are wonderful and so helpful! The suites are clean and modern and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a pool in the common area including washer/dryer. The property is located steps from San Pancho beach and close enough to walk to town. I highly recommend staying at Sundaram!

Amazing place that is modern, stylish, and best of all hosted by wonderful people.

We just returned from a week in San Poncho to get away from the rain and cold of Seattle and get some much needed sun and relaxation. Sundaram was fantastic - an amazing place that is modern, stylish, and best of all hosted by Felipe and Abraham - two wonderfully gracious people that made our stay very comfortable and special. There was construction across the street but the workmen were gracious enough to start at 8:30 and it wasn't much of an issue. Breakfasts were delicious, the pool just the right temperature and amenities plentiful. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to returning next year for another visit.

We wanted to own a small Villa, just to share "the best" of all our experiences to our private guests. Once you cross the bridge entering San Pancho, if you let go, breath deep, and relax. You will feel the magic of relaxation and beauty all around .... it is a special place for just floating in peace, relax, be yourself, and not wearing any shoes. A little town with friendly local people, polo players and North American expats and Europeans, that just want to be private, relaxed, and enjoy life as it should be. We built our house with a wall separating the 2 suites. The suites have it´s own private entrance and separate tempered pool with all the 21st century amenities, yet preserving and respecting nature, beach, sounds, trees, jungle, and peace....
