Apartment Simic is brand new apartment located in Makarska. Consists of a bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and garage. It is located only 100m from the main beach and the promenade by the sea. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment will provide you with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The apartment are on the first floor of a completely new building. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor of the building, and a shop just 50 meters away. Several excellent restaurants are also nearby.
The city center is only a 10-minute walk along the sea, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Makarska is one of the most attractive places on the entire coast. It is known for its rich gastronomic offer and the friendliness of the local population. There is an almost 2 km long pebble beach with crystal clear sea. Along the beach stretches a beautiful promenade surrounded by a pine forest and the song of crickets. The climate is extremely favorable with mild winters and long sunny periods, so you can meet guests all year round.
