Sunshine Villa comprises 3 apartments on 4 floors.

You enter Apartment 2 at the street level where there is private parking for 2 cars. This spacious street level apartment has a stunning sea view dining terrace and balcony off its open plan living dining kitchen room. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the terrace can be accessed from this room also. There is a twin bedroom and second shower room. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for 1 person or 2 children.

Apartment 3 is a 2-level apartment which has a fabulous top floor sunbathing terrace and a separate dining terrace with stunning panoramic views. The entrance is at street level and then up one flight of stairs. Here you enter the open plan dining room / kitchen off which is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Up the stairs is a living area off which is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room.
On the upper floor is a terrace with fabulous sea views. To the side of the lower floor is a large covered dining terrace, also with amazing views.

Apartment 1 is on the lowest floor, one set of stairs down from Apt 2 on the street level. This spacious apartment has a stunning sea view terrace that runs across the whole front of the apartment. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and there is also an area of relaxed seating.
A large sea view kitchen beside the dining terrace has sliding windows that open onto the dining area.
Sleeping is in one double bedroom and a triple room with double bed and single bed. In the the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 person. There are 2 shower rooms.

All the apartments are decorated and furnished tastefully but with a holiday in this Brela house giving a 24 hour taste of the sea, sunshine and moonlight, you'll hardly find yourself indoors!

The house is 2.5 km from Brela centre, approx a 25 min walk along a beautiful coastal path. The seaside promenade goes to Baška Voda in one direction and to Brela centre in the other direction. Along the promenade you can enjoy views of the sea and the islands in the distance in the many cafes along the route.

A holiday in this apartment will give you a 24 hour taste of the sea, sunshine and moonlight, you'll actually hardly find yourself indoors!

Notes
There are in total 2 parking places outside the house and 3 private parking spaces are available 70m from the house. They are for use by the 3 apts in the house. Our representative will show you where to park when you arrive.
Public stairs at the end of the street will take you to the beach. There are approx 200 stairs to the beach. There is also an option to drive down to one of the pay for parking areas closer to the water in central Soline.

The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.
BBQ is available. BBQ must be clean on departure.
Baby cot + linen is available to rent - there are 2 cots for the 3 apts so please book in advance
Baby hair chair is available to rent - there is 1 chair for the 3 apts so please book in advance
There are 2 washing machines in a communal room, they are shared between the 3 apartments in the house.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 60 km ride away.

Directions to the house: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the apartment where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Other Things to note
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
