Amazing home in Zmijavci with sauna

This exceptional property consists of two luxuriously furnished stone houses, and a heated pool is available. A high wall surrounding the 2000 m² property provides the privacy needed for an unforgettable vacation. Opposite the two villas, a third house, the 'Hacienda', is available to guests with parking, garages and 20 bicycles. This is ideal because only about 100 meters from the accommodation flows a beautiful river with bike paths. Due to its location in a quiet, rural environment, the property is ideal for families with children. A welcome refreshment is provided by the large swimming pool with its 85 m², of which about 9 m² are reserved for children. The garden is planted with aromatic plants and palm trees, in it there are many carved stone details, including a stone table and chairs, a counter, a barbecue, a fountain and numerous sculptures.

On the first floor of both houses are three separate apartments each with their own entrances. The interior is enriched with many details of stone and handmade wooden furniture and antiques from the 18th and 19th centuries. The beds from that period, known for their short lengths, have been restored and lengthened to meet modern standards. Both houses have a large common recreation room, from one of them you can even go directly to the wine cellar. One villa has a fitness room with whirlpool, sauna and changing rooms with showers. In several rooms guests can relax and be active, there are three pianos, 2 billiard tables, table tennis, darts, table soccer, table field hockey as well as a game console. Internet is free of charge and can be received in the whole domicile. In the yard there is a playground with sandbox and toys for the youngest guests. The special microclimate of the region by the river and the thick stone walls of the villa allow a vacation with pleasant summer heat during the day, while the night temperatures are also pleasant and therefore there is no great need to use the existing air conditioners. Each room has air conditioning-heating/cooling.

The beautiful pebble and sandy beaches of the Makarska Riviera can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by car. Nearby is the town of Imotski with the natural phenomena of Red Lake and Blue Lake, here you can also swim. In addition to Imotski and Makarska, we recommend a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omis, as well as a visit to the Biokovo Nature Park, which you can see from the cottage. Near the accommodation there are several restaurants, stores, a pizzeria with wood oven and a bakery, as well as the possibility to play soccer, rafting and fishing. Directly from the owner can be ordered beauty treatments (massage, manicure, etc.) and wine and liqueur tasting from the wine cellar on site.
