On the second floor it consists of a three bedroom apartment, kitchen with living room and bathroom, while the second floor apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with living room and bathroom and additional toilet. The first floor with a sauna, bar, lounge with table tennis, foosball, darts and fitness room with various equipment and bathroom is connected to the second floor via interior stairs.

The smaller house consists of two floors, where the kitchen and living room with direct exit to the pool terrace are located on the second floor, while on the first floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms in this house are equipped with heating and cooling system.

On the north side and in the fenced part of the property there is a children's playground with various playground equipment and below the smaller house there is a multifunctional tennis court, soccer goals and volleyball net.
