Villa Kala is renovated old stone house for 13 people in the historic center of city Makarska which offers to you exclusive holiday accommodation, perfect for family or group of friends. Makarska is situated in the middle of southern Croatia - Dalmatia , beautiful base to explore the all attractions and beauties of Dalmatia.
House is located in the main street of historic center in pedestrian zone, 50 m away from seaside and city's main square. Everything you need is just few steps away from house - fruit and vegetable market,supermarket, shops, restaurants,bakery, beach....
This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartment for 13 people with all appliances that you need, air conditions, sat TV, Wi-Fi in all house. It contains 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen, 4 bathrooms and 2 separated toilets. The house has separate entrance from the street in the yard and open terrace with heated pool and BBQ, where you can enjoy your day and night.
For everyone who likes to be active during their holiday, nearby the house you have sports center with tennis courts, swimming pool, running paths in beautiful nature by seaside.
In the yard is open terrace of 60 m2 and heated pool of 15m2 , BBQ, sun loungers and small garden with mediterranean herbs and spices that you can use. We provide to our all guests beach towels.
From terrace on third floor you can enjoy breathtaking view on beautiful mountain Biokovo and from one of the room you have another breathtaking view on wonderful Adriatic sea.

For our guests we have various offer on demand, to give our guest complete holiday experience such as :

DESCRIPTION OF APARTMENTS :
FIRST APARTMENT is situated on second floor and occupies 76 m2. Apartment contains two bedrooms for five person-one with double bed and one single bed with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, second one with double bed. Every bedroom has it's own air condition. There is one bathroom with bathtub and washing-drying machine and one toilet. Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking equipment. Dinning room and living room, SAT TV, DVD player, FREE WiFi internet, air condition.
SECOND APARTMENT - is situated in third floor and it is duplex apartment of 140m2. Apartment contains 4 bedrooms for 8 persons. One bedroom is with double bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, second and third bedroom contains double bed and fourth bedroom contains two single bed. Every bedroom has it's own air condition. Second bathroom has bathtub with washing machine. Kitchen is with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking equipment. Large dinning room and living room, SAT TV, FREE WiFi internet, two additonal air conditions. There is also roof terrace with two sun loungers where you can enjoy taking sun and breathtaking view on mountain Biokovo.

Traumurlaub in der historischen Altstadt

Die Buchung über FeWo-Direkt ist zu empfehlen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Villa Kala liegt inmitten der Altstadt und man kann sowohl Stadtatmosphäre, Strand, Kulinarik in einem genießen. Die Villa verfügt über 3 vollständig abgeschlossene Appartements für bis zu 16 Personen. Sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Pool mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sorgt für gemütliche Stunden, ob morgens oder abends. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Die schwierige Parkplatzsituation wird durch ein vom Vermieter bereitgestelltes Wochenparkticket in den umliegenden Kurzparkzonen komprimiert. Die Lage ist perfekt, hervorragende Restauranttipps ein paar Meter entfernt: Hrpina und Castellum, Bartipp eib paar Schritte entfernt: Spina Ein wunderschöner Urlaub für die gesamte Großfamilie, wo jeder tun und lassen kann, was er möchte: ob Strand, Kulinarik, Einkauf, Disko, Bar…. alles unmittelbar vor der Türe! Absolute 5 Sterne. Danke für das lässige Urlaubsfeeling. Alle von 5 bis 70 Jahre haben sich wohl gefühlt.

Great experience during off-season in Makarska!

We spent a few days in Makarska during the December and it was absolutely a great experience! Coming to Makarska during this time has its perks since it is not crowded, on the other side it was very calm and peaceful, just what we needed to recharge our batteries. Just next to the house there is a Christmas market which has a good atmosphere with all kinds of local foods and drinks, and the city was nicely decorated as well. The house itself is an old and renovated stone house is located in the city centre with everything you need within walking distance. We were welcomed by our hosts Ivana and her dad George. They offered us with their homemade wine and prosciutto which was a nice touch after a long day traveling. Also they helped us to arrange our day trips close to Makarska which it was challenging since it is an off-season period.The house has everything you need for a week being there and it is very well equipped. I think they opened the last floor recently and the view on the mountains looks amazing… Definitely one of our best experiences so far and we recommend this place.
