This comfortable and nicely furnished holiday home with a swimming pool is situated in the hinterland of Makarska Riviera.It comprises the main house, supporting house, apartman, olympic pool, terraces, multimedia-lounge bar, garden and lawn. There is also "party club" at the lower floor of main house with billiard 8ft, table foodbal, darts, video wall and karaoke stage . All rooms are air-conditioned. If you are a fan of swimming, active rest and nature, this location will be excellent for you. The house owner lives on adjacent plot. From the property, there is an unforgettable view on the Biokovo mountain – protected Nature Park. In 15 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast or visit the nearby islands. Property is perfectly located for daily visits to Split, Međugorje, Dubrovnik or nature park Krka.

Why they chose this property

The idea of ​​a holiday house with a large pool in nature got my father traveling around France. He was saying Paris is empty on weekends , all the people were around in the countryside houses. As the summer coast overcrowded , this was an ideal place in peace and quiet , yet only 15 minutes drive away from the coast

What makes this property unique

The pool is big enough for jumping, swimming, diving, water polo . Around the unspoiled nature and a beautiful view . In the nearby village people live in the traditional way and produce organic food . In the field below the house is possible to ride horses . Salary welcome with prosciutto, cheese and wine are free . Fruits and vegetables from our garden are free all the time .
