Katowicka Comfort Apartment is an apartment located in a great location in Poznań, right next to Lake Malta and the Posniania shopping center. Lake Malta attracts residents and tourists not only because of its picturesque surroundings, but also thanks to its rich recreational offer. Various sports events, sailing regattas, as well as concerts and outdoor festivals are organized on its surface. Malta Beach, located on the lake, is a great place to relax, sunbathe and sunbathe in the summer. Additionally, for active people, there are numerous attractions available, such as water equipment rentals, tennis courts, bike paths or the Malta Ski toboggan run. Lake Malta is also known for its unique facility - a floating fountain, which at certain times presents spectacular water shows with music and lights. Less than 3.5 kilometers separates us from the Zoo, where visitors have the opportunity to see various species of animals, from exotic mammals to birds, reptiles and fish. The Poznań Zoo also offers a variety of educational attractions, presentations and shows, thanks to which visitors can learn more about animals and their natural environments. Just a 15-minute ride by public transport separates us from the Old Town, where we can enjoy many tourist attractions and excellent restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world. It is worth visiting places such as the National Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Croissant Museum and the Royal Castle. In the immediate vicinity you can find many shops (Żabka, Lewiatan, Stokrotka, Carrefour, Biedronka), cafes, restaurants, service points and the Posnania shopping center. The apartment is very well connected due to the numerous bus and tram stops nearby (Katowicka, Kórnicka, Baraniaka, Polanka). Thanks to this, guests can easily get to all the attractions offered by Poznań. Katowicka Comfort Apartment is a practical and stylishly furnished apartment with a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom and a balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment is located in a gated, guarded estate in front of which there are public parking spaces, but it also offers a private, locked garage in the underground hall under the apartment. (Level -1)
Already on the premises of the gated and guarded complex, the residents have at their exclusive disposal:
two playgrounds, a year-round indoor swimming pool with a children's playroom and a ping-pong table, two tennis courts and a multi-sports pitch. Throughout the entire area, among the well-kept greenery, there are many benches for relaxation. Entry to the swimming pool complex and tennis courts requires the presentation of a resident card. An availability schedule applies.
