A bright and spacious two-bedroom house tucked into the side of the mountain in peaceful Baglan, perfect for families, couples or friends. Just minutes from the beach and countryside walks, this is a relaxing home-from-home with easy access to outdoor adventures.

The Mountain View house is bright, cheerful and family-friendly. The lounge offers a large corner sofa and smart TV, perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped for shared meals. Bedrooms are peaceful and flexible to suit different groups.

Just 2 minutes from local shops and takeaways, and a short drive to Port Talbot. Close to Afan Forest Park, Aberavon Beach and the Gower Peninsula for surfing, hiking, and nature trails.
House Rules:
- No smoking indoors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £350 deep-cleaning fee will apply if any smoke is detected. You are welcome to smoke outside—please keep doors and windows closed.
- No parties or loud gatherings. This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, so gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- No outdoor shoes indoors. Kindly remove shoes when inside the property.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed. The fee is £50 for one dog and £75 for two dogs. Pets must be kept off all furniture and beds at all times. You must inform us of any pets before your stay; failure to declare pets in advance or any breach of the house rules may result in a £100 fine plus any additional cleaning costs.
- Candles & open flames: For fire safety, the use of candles, tealights, or any open flames is not permitted inside or outside the property.
- Care of the home: Please treat the property with care and respect throughout your stay.
Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
