Live centrally in the middle of Västervik in a cute house with a large fenced plot. Here you live perfectly for exploring the beautiful summer town with its wide range. There are plenty of nice restaurants and good shopping in a wonderful environment. The nearest bathing jetty is within walking distance at Slottsholmen. Lysingsbadet is a larger bathing area that is better suited for children. There is a nice sandy beach and an adventure pool that is usually very popular. The house has a large garden with outdoor furniture. Under the pergola there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. There are also sun loungers and a nice hanging chair. You have a kitchen with a dining area where you have most of what you may need. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa area to lean back in in front of the TV or the wood-burning stove. The bedrooms are upstairs. In one there is a double bed, in the other two single beds. Burning in the wood-burning stove upstairs is not allowed. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, sink, shower cabin, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is a toilet with toilet and sink.
