Built and decorated to the highest standard, it is tastefully furnished throughout. The upgrades in this property are visible throughout, from the marble worktops and high-end kitchen appliances to the generous walk-in shower. The spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen all lead out to a very generous south facing terrace. From here your can admire the views of the sea and Marina, while relaxing on the comfortable seating, or when enjoying 'al fresco' dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances, including induction hob, oven, American fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The double bedroom and twin bedroom both have fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to a second balcony overlooking the pool. The Master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (2 individual mattresses 90x200cm), a dressing table and a generous en-suite walk-in shower. The twin bedroom has a laptop desk for those who need to check their e-mails while on holiday. The twin bedroom is serviced by a second shower room.

Features include Air Conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, darkening electric window blinds, pool towels, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and parking space in the underground garage.

Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool and gym.

Lagos Marina, Old Town and beaches are all just a short walk away and there are cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. All amenities are within walking distance and if you want to explore further afield, Lagos bus station and train station are also nearby.
