This smart new apartment is in pristine condition, and wrapping around the south-east and south-west sides of the building enjoys plenty of light and a spacious balcony with areas of sun and shade.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished and is fully equipped to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower-room, plus a bathroom.

Its location close to all facilities, makes it ideal for enjoying either beach holidays, cultural visits in the over 2000 year old Lagos or longer stays.

Exit clean included for holiday bookings.

Available for Winter Let rental (Nov-March), the utilities and cleaning is charged on top of rental price.

Heating in the living area and both bedrooms via Samsung split units.

Not suitable for under 5's (except young babies) or groups of young adults.
No pets. Sorry.

Note: Indoor pool heated only from October to April.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sunday/bank holiday departures are subject to an additional cleaning fee. Respect for the property and neighbours is expected at all times.
This home is best suited for families and quiet groups. Parties, events, or loud noise are strictly not allowed, especially during night time hours.
