Casa Canda is a beautiful, well appointed, 2 bedroom cottage located in the quiet seaside village of Praia da Luz. It has sea views. Only 250m (200m as the crow flies) from the beautiful sandy beach of Praia da Luz. Restaurants, shops and 2 excellent supermarkets are within easy walking distance. To the front (south) it has a private pool with terrace, bridge and water feature. To the rear it has a private terraced area for car parking. The cottage is maintained to a high standard. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower-room. There is a separate family bathroom. Patio doors lead to terrace, sunbeds and pool. On the upper floor, a nice sized lounge/dining room with patio doors out to balcony and patio furniture/BBQ. The kitchen is contemporary and includes granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a wall mounted TV and beautiful log fire. Electric heaters are provided for winter lets. Logs may be purchased for the contemporary log burner. 3 golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive.

We are a family whose children grew up holidaying in Luz. From our first visit we were hooked and bought Casa Canda after our second holiday in Luz. Our grandchildren are now following suit and love every visit.
Why they chose this property
Casa Canda is a freehold private cottage, in a small terrace of cottages. It is centrally located within the seaside village of Luz and very close to all amenities. It has sea views and is set only 200m back from the main beach and promenade. Baptista's Supermarket - fully provisioned - is close at hand, and so too are many restaurants. Its an area which is ideal for families, couples, singles.
What makes this property unique
In so far as we are aware, Casa Canda is the only 2 bedroomed villa, in Luz, to have its own private swimming pool.
