The house was in a perfect location. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very nice to come “home” to after visiting multiple beaches and hiking everyday. I personally think the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

Lovely house in great location

We really enjoyed staying in this house, which is in a great location, close to the beach and in walking distance to everything in Sagres. The house is spacious, comfortable and has extra useful amenities such as a dishwasher and dryer. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked with all the things you'd need to cook, as well as a great barbeque in the garden.

The ideal Sagres base - perfect !

We loved the house. We are a surfing family, and used it as a base for exploring the Sagres area by car for 2- weeks, going mainly north rather than east. It is ideally equipped, secure, large, roomy and very well organised. The pool is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. The house is located in a very quiet side street, with its own secure and gated parking, only about five minutes walk to one beach and 10 mins to another. Its very close to restaurants in Sagres, of which there are a great array within 5-10 minutes walk. We cannot recommend it enough. We found the owner very open and a pleasure to correspond with.

Property itself was basic. However despite the owner knowing the property had nesting seagulls, we were not informed and could not use the pool, this was due to the seagulls attacking us for entering the pool response from owner was we should expect it as is so close to the sea

Das Ferienhaus liegt nun einmal am Meer und da sind Möwen keine Seltenheit. Man sollte es aber tunlichst unterlassen diese durch Füttern anzulocken.

Excellent villa!

The villa was wonderful for our week stay in Sagres! The location of the villa is perfect, with 5/10 minute walk away from all restaurants and supermarkets! The host had excellent communication skills for any queries we had during our stay. The only slight issue we had was the cleanliness of the villa, the floors weren’t clean and seemed like they hadn’t been swept or mopped. Pool was cleaned for us during our stay and was a great extra! Kitchen had everything you need and more, along with washing machine and tumble dryer. Be prepared for the seagulls at night! Woke us up early hours of the day squawking at one another and constantly around neighbouring villas. Would definitely be back to this villa in the future, all in all a great stay.

Schöne Villa für 4 Personen

Wir hatten zwar Glück mit dem Wetter, aber es war im Haus recht kühl zu dieser Jahreszeit (Mitte April). Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Schöne, große Küche mit allem, was man braucht, großzügiger Aussenbereich, in dem man auch immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Kleiner, feiner Pool, der wöchentlich von einer zurückhaltenden Servicekraft gereinigt wird. Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort durch die umsichtige und professionelle deutschsprachige Silvi, kurze Reaktionszeiten, auch vom Vermieter. Alle Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Da wir erst Abends eingetroffen sind erfolgte die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Safe am Haus, problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, weil das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt, daher kein Durchgangsverkehr. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Zentrum mit vielfältiger Gastronomie und den schönen Stränden. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Wochen vor Ort, dank stabilem WiFi konnte ich zwischendurch auch von dort aus arbeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hervorragend ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht hat. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön gestaltet, besonders der Pool und der Grillbereich, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Ein kleiner Nachteil waren die Betten, die für unseren Geschmack etwas gemütlicher sein könnten, aber das ist sicherlich subjektiv. Ein besonderes Erlebnis waren die Möwen, die auf dem Haus nisten. Der damit verbundene Lärm war für uns nicht störend, aber es ist gut, darauf vorbereitet zu sein. Weniger angenehm war der laute Lärm in der Umgebung aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten an benachbarten Häusern, den man leider ertragen muss. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden diese Ferienwohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traum-Haus in einet Traum-Gegend

Das Haus ist taumhaft schön, in einem tollen Zustand! Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und noch viel mehr! Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten zu zwei wunderschönen Stränden und alles in Sages fußläufig zu erreichen! Zu Sagres: ein toller Ort, nicht zu klein, aber überschaubar und gemütlich, ideal für uns! Außerdem im Vergleich zu den anderen Orten am Meer, die wir in der Algarve besuchten, nicht so heiß sondern klimatisch deutlich verträglicher.... Also insgesamt: ein Traum!

Wunderschönes Haus in top Lage mit top Ausstattung

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Haus und in Sagres und uns hat das Haus sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles sauber, eine super Lage, eine top Ausstattung, schöner Garten mit Pool, schön eingerichtet und klasse Dychterrassen.. in jedem Winkel, Sonne oder Schatten, je nach Bedarf! Man kann nur sagen fünf Sterne plus. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank auch für die sehr gute Betreuung unkomplizierte Buchung

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, großes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einer Terrasse und zwei sonnigen Dachterassen. Toller Pool. Die Matratzen, Bettdecken und Kissen sind super angenehm. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist groß und auch gut ausgestattet. Sie ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Schränke riechen nicht mehr so frisch. Es könnte etwas mehr Besteck da sein. Alles andere passt. Die Lage ist super. Es ist ruhig und man kann den traumhaften Strand, den Hafen, sämtliche Läden, Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichen. Die Laundry Lounge am Anfang der Straße ist sehr empfehlenswert: super leckeres Essen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in super Lage

An dem Haus ist alles perfekt. Der Pool ist blitzsauber und schön. Der Garten ist gepflegt. Man kann zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten an einen wunderschönen sauberen Strand. In der Beschreibung im Internet ist nicht erkennbar, dass das Haus für sich steht und man darum herumlaufen kann. Vielleicht nur zwei Punkte: eine Mövenkolonie nächtigt auf den Dächern der Nachbarschaft und das Mövengeschrei ist teilweise laut. Die Möven finden es auch durchaus nicht gut dass jemand in dem Haus wohnt, und fliegen schon mal die Terrasse an. Und die Küchenausstattung ist was die Zahl von Besteck und Geschirr betrifft von der Zahl her zu gering, da könnte der Vermieter mit geringem Aufwand nachlegen. Ansonsten alles bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war zu dieser Zeit ziemlich kalt. Dank den Heizungen im Haus, hatten wir immer warm. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist etwas hoch, somit entsteht auch ein spezieller Geruch im Haus. Der Besitzer war sehr schnell und freundlich bei den Antworten. Die Lage ist gut. Restaurants, Bars, Surfshops und Meer in Gehdistanz. Nachts war es ruhig. Es hat alles um Wäsche zu machen. Dies war Gold wert mit einem Baby.

...eine tolle Zeit.

Wir verbrachten 2 superschöne Wochen in den Herbstferien bei tollem Wetter in Sagres. Das Haus liegt ideal im Zentrum von Sagres. Sagres ist ein kleiner Ort umgeben von tollen Stränden. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, die Zimmer sind geräumig. Morgens frühstückten wir auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne auch wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation verlief immer sehr nett und zügig.
