Ocean front property newly proposed for rental from July 2017 on.
Very spacious and comfortable apartment on first floor of a residence in a unique setting facing the ocean with a large landscaped and tropical garden. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature on the top of the hill and just 5 minutes away from Porto de Mos unspoiled sandy beach.
The apartment of high standard of construction has all modern facilities and equipment needed with air conditioning throughout and a south facing terrace overlooking garden and sea with full privacy. Amazing sea views are also offered from the living room / en suit kitchen and from the master bedroom.
The residence has first class amenities including outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym besides a very large garden.
Just outside the Residence there is a coastal path for scenic walks (down or up the hill) with stunning cliff and sea views.
Porto de Mos beach nearby has two good fish restaurants and there is only a short distance (by car, taxi or public bus) to the charming old town of Lagos with its bars & restaurants, its markets and marina.
Porto de Mos has many golf courses in the vicinity and is also conveniently located to visit eastern and western Algarve.

First time in the Algarve

The property was in a great location to the beach and the hiking path along the cliff with amazing views. Pictures are accurate. The owners took the time to show us around the property/grounds and provided great recommendations for amazing restaurants. The only things we'd recommend would be better quality beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We had a lovely holiday at Porto de mos. The apartment was fantastic and with a great view. It was nearly better than expected. We had high expectations and will not hesitating coming back. Maybe a little earlier to get better use off the outdoor pool. We enjoyed everything and had a wonderful time at the balcony and the wonderful view. The apartment is full equipped for making dinner at home if the guests prefer that. We appreciate that. We can really recommend this to other guests.

Stunning view

If you are looking for a lovely, quiet spot to soak in a perfect, unobstructed view of the water, this condo is for you. If you want to be in the center of nightlife and action, this will not be the right spot. It is a short drive into the lively town of Lagos, but located in a quieter, more remote area. There is a spectacular cliff walk that you can access just outside the gates of the condo, which is perfect for a jog or peaceful walk. The condo community is small, quiet, and geared to couples and families. This unit is spotless, well equipped, and the photos show an accurate picture of the view. The owners and manager were lovely and easy to work with. We had a great week!

Superb!

There is a real wow factor as you walk into this beautiful apartment. Everything is immaculate and of high quality. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, the master bed even has a view of the ocean! Large spacious terrace with great views of the ocean and the beautifully kept gardens and pool. We have just spent five weeks there and it was a real home from home. Being winter you needed heat at night and this was available with just the push of a button and instantly warm. Michel and Dominique are very caring owners and although they were not in residence were always at the other end of the telephone and ever ready to answer your queries.

Fabulous Apartment in Porto do Mos

This is a beautiful, modern, comfortable two-bedroom with two bathrooms (one en suite). If you’re in the master bedroom you wake to gorgeous sea views and if you’re in the other one you’re only steps away. It has a very large living area with balcony that runs from the living area to the master bedroom. There is a table for four on the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. As well as a dining table inside also for four. The kitchen is very well appointed we had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to from Lagos, yet you’re away from the traffic and noise. If you’re looking for a beautiful place from which you can enjoy the Algarve you couldn’t ask for much more. Great for two couples or a family of four. Try it!

PERFECT

The condo is beautiful, well designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The view is awesome through the huge windows or from the large deck. We were there in November, so we did not make use of the pool, which looked inviting. The location is central for easy drives to the grocery store, gas station, downtown, beaches, and the highway to explore in both directions. The hosts Michel and Dominque were great at communication. Absolutely perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful!

A perfect place for a family vacation. Two very spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and very comfortable beds. Incredibly clean! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The balcony was by far our favourite place to be. The view was stunning! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were helpful.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Für den Aufenthalt am nur wenige Meter entfernten Strand ist alles vorhanden (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm). In der Küche sind alle Kochutensilien sowie Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Anlage, in der sich das Apartment befindet, ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und vom Balkon aus lässt sich der Blick auf das Meer genießen. Auf dem Balkon stehen zwei Liegen und ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen sowie ein fahrbarer Sonnenschirm bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Unterkunft kostenlos zur Verfügung.

We are a Belgian retired couple leaving a great part of the year in Portugal in the same Residence as the apartment for rent.

Why they chose this property

When looking for our own retirement place in 2014 we visited many apartments all around Algarve and in particular around Lagos and found in love with this brand new Residence for its unique setting, its unspoiled environment and the large & bright inside living space.
We managed later to acquire a second apartment which, after a 12 months rental ending June 30, is available for friends and guests in the same unique Residence.

What makes this property unique

The Residence and apartment also offer a wide range of outstanding benefits : beautiful architecture, large terrace with uninterrupted views on ocean and nature, a very large landscaped & tropical garden, an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym.
The Residence has also parking spaces in front of the door.
