PREMIUM 5* APARTMENT FACING OCEAN, JUST NEARBY PORTO DE MOS BEACH, LAGOS

Ocean front property newly proposed for rental from July 2017 on.
Very spacious and comfortable apartment on first floor of a residence in a unique setting facing the ocean with a large landscaped and tropical garden. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature on the top of the hill and just 5 minutes away from Porto de Mos unspoiled sandy beach.
The apartment of high standard of construction has all modern facilities and equipment needed with air conditioning throughout and a south facing terrace overlooking garden and sea with full privacy. Amazing sea views are also offered from the living room / en suit kitchen and from the master bedroom.
The residence has first class amenities including outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym besides a very large garden.
Just outside the Residence there is a coastal path for scenic walks (down or up the hill) with stunning cliff and sea views.
Porto de Mos beach nearby has two good fish restaurants and there is only a short distance (by car, taxi or public bus) to the charming old town of Lagos with its bars & restaurants, its markets and marina.
Porto de Mos has many golf courses in the vicinity and is also conveniently located to visit eastern and western Algarve.

The view from the apartment was marvellous. Proximity to beach was great and short drive to Lagos. Cons: No toiletries, only hand soap, only 1 extra, very small toilet paper roll for each bathroom, no face cloths, no spices or cooking oil, no extra garbage bags for the kitchen. Small ants roaming around, owner did send a person over to spread a powder after I sent a photo of the ants. It didn't work, we still had ants. We stayed for 2 weeks so it would have been more comfortable with a few additional basic home needs. We had to buy a lot of extra items. We were disappointed when it did not meet the premium standard it was advertised as. Flying from another country you would expect a premium apartment rental to have basic needs. This would have made our stay much more enjoyable. As much as we loved the surroundings, we were not pleased with the lack of things needed to really feel comfortable. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and the owners really make an effort to provide everything needed for the renters to enjoy their stay stress free. We didn't find it in this apartment.

Absolutely beautiful!

A perfect place for a family vacation. Two very spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and very comfortable beds. Incredibly clean! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The balcony was by far our favourite place to be. The view was stunning! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were helpful.

PERFECT

The condo is beautiful, well designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The view is awesome through the huge windows or from the large deck. We were there in November, so we did not make use of the pool, which looked inviting. The location is central for easy drives to the grocery store, gas station, downtown, beaches, and the highway to explore in both directions. The hosts Michel and Dominque were great at communication. Absolutely perfect stay!

First time in the Algarve

The property was in a great location to the beach and the hiking path along the cliff with amazing views. Pictures are accurate. The owners took the time to show us around the property/grounds and provided great recommendations for amazing restaurants. The only things we'd recommend would be better quality beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Dominique & Michel’s appartement! The place was very clean, something that is super important to us, and truly felt like home. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, we enjoyed Praia de Porto Mós, the breathtaking views, and some hikes around. Quick 5 minutes car rides (we mainly used Uber) were able to have us enjoy many excellent restaurants downtown Lagos ( Green Room, Case do Prego, The 7 hills, Nah Nah Bah to name a few). Absolutely recommend +++

We are a Belgian retired couple leaving a great part of the year in Portugal in the same Residence as the apartment for rent.

Why they chose this property

When looking for our own retirement place in 2014 we visited many apartments all around Algarve and in particular around Lagos and found in love with this brand new Residence for its unique setting, its unspoiled environment and the large & bright inside living space.
We managed later to acquire a second apartment which, after a 12 months rental ending June 30, is available for friends and guests in the same unique Residence.

What makes this property unique

The Residence and apartment also offer a wide range of outstanding benefits : beautiful architecture, large terrace with uninterrupted views on ocean and nature, a very large landscaped & tropical garden, an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym.
The Residence has also parking spaces in front of the door.
