Apartment downstairs, with independent entrance.plus at least (200m2). Very spacious perfect for more than one family. Terrace with view to the garden and the sea where you can have your meals or just relax. Very good location just 150m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool with ocean view. The centre of Lagos and just a 10 minute walk away so you can leave your car alone during the holidays.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price (change of linen at the end of every seven nights, and cleaning of the apartment)).
Apartment equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors.
Cozy, comfortable, Dining / Living room, cable TV, WiFi, CD player and radio. 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc... 3 bathrooms with WC. 2 with bath and shower and one with shower.
Electric air conditioning. Swimming pool in the condominium, parking space inside the condominium.

We were exceptionally happy with our stay, the location was perfect for us - so scenic, and a short walk down to the beautiful Dona Ana beach, and less than 10 min into Old Town. Great layout for 6 adults, 3 bathrooms were more useful than expected, lots of space, well equipped kitchen (although we only made coffee and breakfast) The location was perfect for morning and evening hikes along the trail to Ponte de Piedade. From ages 21-54 our group was very happy with our decision to stay here!

Amazing place to stay, there were 6 adults and it was very spacious. Adalaide made check in very easy, even tho our train was later then expected getting in. Beach was beautiful but lots of stairs to get you down and if you want a lounger be prepared to pay 20. Pool is beautiful as well, take a chair from the room as there were none for us to use. We ate at the pool side canteen and service and food was really good. We ate several meals at the restrauant just as you enter the street into the complex. It was called Pinhao family run, amazing food and service was really good as well, nice to have a great place to eat close by ( make sure you try it ) FYI: Stop by a grocery store before you get to rental as there is nothing to start your morning out with. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this rental. Enjoy

We stayed here from early January till the end of March and greatly enjoyed this condo. It's spacious, well-equipped, has good appliances, and a wonderful cleaning crew comes once a week and does a thorough job. The condo was always well heated. The area is very safe, and very quiet. From the living room you can see the ocean and I always enjoyed the spectacular sunrises. Communication with Maria and her property manager was always quick and easy. The Old Town is 5 minutes away across the street. The beaches and the famous cliff formations and boardwalk of the Algarve are almost part of the property. We didn't use the pool since it's not heated in winter, and the tennis court is under repair, but we knew this ahead of time. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for a couple, a family, or two couples.

Wonderful place and location. We were a family of 7. For awareness those with physical mobility challenges will be difficult to go to pool as there are no elevators, just stairs. Would strongly recommend as proximity to old town and beach was fantastic!

Superb property. Could not fault the apartment at all. We had 3 adults & 2 children and there was plenty of space, inside and out, for all of us. Really well equipped apartment (although I could not find an iron). Some lovely touches too, like beach toys for the children, card games and up to date maps of the area.We really enjoyed our holiday here. Lagos is a lovely town and the apartment is so well positioned for everything. Relaxing after busy days on the lovely terrace with sea views - what more could you want?

Great Stay!

The location was perfect for us. Close to the water and to Lagos old town. Lagos is our favorite town in the Algarve. Would definitely stay here again. This 4 bedroom apartment had plenty of room for 2 couples. It was well stocked and very clean.

Great apartment - spacious - clean - everything needed for a group of 4 gents on a golfing holiday. Communication with owner was brilliant and they obviously worked hard to allow us an early check in so we didn’t have to carry luggage around all day.Great location just a 15 minute walk to Lagos town - we did catch taxis back but that more a case of enjoying the refreshments too much. It is uphill a bit. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful condo and views

We loved our time at this property. We are a family of six with kids from 11 to 17. The condo was spacious and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pato and the hammock and the ability to do laundry was huge. The short walk to the beach and town made this an ideal location. We would gladly come back here!

We loved our stay here, three generations a family of 7, apartment was spacious and fully kitted out for everything you could ever need, grandchildren loved the hammock and we all loved the space, the kitchen had everything you could need and more and so close to the beach, we made good use of the pool, we will definitely go back

Great location with a view of the ocean

Centrally located, walking distance old town, Marina, beautiful boardwalk, bank, grocery store and restaurants. It’s less than a five minute walk to a gorgeous beach. We loved Lagos and this apartment was perfect for us. The people are so kind and friendly. Super safe area. I’d definitely rent this place again.
