Apartment downstairs, with independent entrance.plus at least (200m2). Very spacious perfect for more than one family. Terrace with view to the garden and the sea where you can have your meals or just relax. Very good location just 150m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool with ocean view. The centre of Lagos and just a 10 minute walk away so you can leave your car alone during the holidays.
Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price (change of linen at the end of every seven nights, and cleaning of the apartment)).
Apartment equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors.
Cozy, comfortable, Dining / Living room, cable TV, WiFi, CD player and radio. 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc... 3 bathrooms with WC. 2 with bath and shower and one with shower.

Superb property. Could not fault the apartment at all. We had 3 adults & 2 children and there was plenty of space, inside and out, for all of us. Really well equipped apartment (although I could not find an iron). Some lovely touches too, like beach toys for the children, card games and up to date maps of the area.We really enjoyed our holiday here. Lagos is a lovely town and the apartment is so well positioned for everything. Relaxing after busy days on the lovely terrace with sea views - what more could you want?

Great apartment

The apartment itself was perfect and in a great location, easy access to the beach and a short walk into town. It had all the amenities we needed.What we weren’t told about at the time of booking, was the fact you have to pay 12 euros a day for loungers around the pool, children are not allowed inflatables and the pool area was very grotty and dirty. You also had to buy food/drinks in the bar area to use the toilets, which were vile, no locks or toilet seats.To summarise a great apartment, but if you are looking for a pool holiday, then I would choose somewhere else.

We really enjoyed our week in this amazing apartment in a quiet and safe location (security guard on site). It’s really spacious, very clean and incredibly well equipped. The hammock on the terrace was a highlight for my 9 and 13 year olds. There’s a terrace shower room (as well as the 2 indoor bathrooms) which is really handy after a day at the beach. We had a car (parked in the underground car park) which was really handy for supermarket trips and exploring but Ubers are good value for money so it’s not essential. There’s the lovely pool and the Dona Ana beach within a few minutes walk. We ate mostly at restaurants in the old town, generally walking there and back (15 mins stroll each way - uphill on the way. We will definitely return!

Great Stay!

The location was perfect for us. Close to the water and to Lagos old town. Lagos is our favorite town in the Algarve. Would definitely stay here again. This 4 bedroom apartment had plenty of room for 2 couples. It was well stocked and very clean.

Perfect for family stay

The condo was spacious with a view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely patio. Condo had everything we needed including beach toys for the 7 year old. Within walking distance of Lagos Old Town. Great restaurant, Pinhao, within 5 minute walk. Close to a great beach.

Fabulous in every way

We are just back from the most wonderful and relaxing week. What an apartment. The layout was such that there were several 'spaces' to relax/eat in, both inside out outside. There was everything you could possibly need and we really loved that beach towels were provided. We made use of the boules as there is a beautiful grassy space opposite the apartment. The pool is heavenly, way larger than the photos suggest and was never crowded or less than peaceful. The town had so many god restaurants and a super 'vibe' - we discovered several great gelaterias too. A wonderful stay, we'd definitely return and would always want to stay here. Terrific place to stay

Maria’s apartment is spacious, beautifully maintained – her family use it regularly as a holiday home- and well-equipped. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (although neither ensuite), a very large living area and a kitchen with a huge gas oven and cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and lots of kitchen plates and utensils. Outside, there’s a welcome outside shower to clean off after a beach visit, and another toilet, as well as a terrace with a table that can seat 8 people. It overlooks the quiet road leading into the development and, beyond that, a grassy area where people play. The complex’s pool is as large as any I have used (there’s a small kiddies pool as well), and it’s a lovely pool. It’s bordered on two sides by grassy area. A few palm trees provide some shade. The pool is run by several people who can be a bit officious. You have to rent a lounger (3.50 Euros per day) from them. We didn’t – not so much for the cost, but the lack of shade as you would stay in the sun in the lounger if you did hire one. Additionally, the children in our group found it frustrating not to be able to use any balls or floats, despite the size of the pool. By the pool, there’s a cafe, cocktail bar, and a kiosk within the pool complex selling ice cream and donuts. The pool overlooks the stupendous Dona Ana beach. It’s stupendous not so much for its sand, which is fine, but its setting, with dramatic rocks rising from the ocean on both sides, and the clear water of the sea. The old town of Lagos is a 12 minute walk downhill, and is busy and atmospheric at night – a great place to go repeatedly. It can be a bit of a slog walking back uphill at the end of an evening, however. You could get a taxi, but we found taxis in Lagos hard to secure. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had and helped us on the day we left with trying to secure a taxi. We’d had to call over several days to try to book one for the 10 minute ride to the train. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended.

Wonderful place and location. We were a family of 7. For awareness those with physical mobility challenges will be difficult to go to pool as there are no elevators, just stairs. Would strongly recommend as proximity to old town and beach was fantastic!

Great apartment - spacious - clean - everything needed for a group of 4 gents on a golfing holiday. Communication with owner was brilliant and they obviously worked hard to allow us an early check in so we didn’t have to carry luggage around all day.Great location just a 15 minute walk to Lagos town - we did catch taxis back but that more a case of enjoying the refreshments too much. It is uphill a bit. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful condo and views

We loved our time at this property. We are a family of six with kids from 11 to 17. The condo was spacious and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pato and the hammock and the ability to do laundry was huge. The short walk to the beach and town made this an ideal location. We would gladly come back here!

Schöne Wohnung in 3.ter Reihe, toller Strand 10min bergab

Schnelle Übergabe, es war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder innen, eine Susche mit WC draußen an der Terasse. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Riesiges Wohnzimmer wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist weiter weg als auf den Bildern erscheint, auch der Pool. Aber in 10-15 min. Gut erreichbar. Der Pool war nicht sauber (trübes Wasser) und ohne Liegen und Beschattung was eigentlich schade ist. Dafür war der Strand sehr schön und auch das Meer.
