Bright and sunny, recently updated and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit on the top floor! This is the perfect setting to enjoy your Florida getaway. Enjoy the many water views of Boca Ceiga Bay and Isla del Sol golf course from the balcony for endless sunrises and sunsets! The building offers recreation rooms where residents gather to socialize and a large pool and spa overlooking the water. You can watch boats sail by while you swim in the pool or lounge on the pool patio. The condo is located next to the Isla del Sol golf course and walking distance to Isla del Sol Shoppers Village with a variety of shops, restaurants, hair salon, coffee shop, yoga studio and more! Isla del Sol is a 350 acre island and is ideally situated within 30 minutes of 2 international airports, a short drive to St. Petersburg Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, and close to the Don Cesear Beach Resort, grocery stores, upscale shopping, museums, art galleries, and tons of amazing restaurants. The Isla del Sol island has streets with nice golf views and walking paths for exercising. The area has great fishing off the seawalls and near the bridges connecting the island to St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto. This is a property you do not want to miss!!!

Excellent condo on Isla del sol!

The owner described this lovely condo accurately, and we found it to be very comfortable. He provided great customer service. The property was clean and well maintained . There was a great social environment with lots of good restaurants and activities nearby. I would highly recommend this condo to a friend or relative.

My wife and I have two young children and live in Tampa. We are transplants from the North and love living in Florida. We enjoy the year-round nice weather and coastal living. When we aren't busy with kid's activities, we love swimming, boating, golf views, and fishing down at the Isla Del Sol.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the St. Pete Beach area. We held our wedding at the Isla del Sol Golf Club and fell in love with the location. We bought a one bedroom condo in 2013 in the same building and have thoroughly enjoyed making Casa Del Mar our weekend home. It is great proximity to the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg, and close to our primary home in Tampa.
