This hidden gem in the heart of Jaywick has just had a full makeover ready for you, its special guests. We welcome families and pets and want you to enjoy every second of your experience, so if there's anything we can help with, we will endeavour to do so. Just a minute walk to Jaywick’s stunning sandy beach — perfect for sunbathing, sea paddles, or sunset strolls.
There are 2 children's play areas within a 10 minute walk of our house or another along the seafront as you head towards the pier.
Local shops, takeaways, and essentials all within a short walk.
Only a 10-minute drive (or a beautiful 30-minute beach walk) to the classic seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea — enjoy the pier, arcades, amusements, and shops.
Great base for exploring the Essex Sunshine Coast and nearby nature reserves.
🍽️ Plenty of places to eat nearby, or cook up your own feast in the well-equipped kitchen. Grab some fish and chips, tuck into an ice cream on the beach, or sip a glass of wine in the sun drenched garden while the sea breeze does its thing.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bin day is on a Thursday and the binmen come early so please put the wheelie bin/recycling out on a Wednesday evening
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
