With stunning interiors and a secluded location, there really is no other property like it in the village of Nunthorpe. Just a short walk away you will find a popular steakhouse and a selection of local walks. When the day is done you can enjoy peace and quiet from the garden.
With a spacious living area, you’ll have ample space to unwind with your loved ones. Relax on on the sofa or in the armchair and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows.
If you want to make the most of your self-catering stay, the house has a fully equipped kitchen. Also sharing this space is the dining area so it’s ideal for socialising and enjoying meals together.
Church Lane benefits from three cosy bedrooms. All located on the first floor, the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom can be found on the ground floor has a double bed, while the third bedroom also houses a double bed, ideal for couples.
You’ll also find the main family bathroom on the first floor with a deep bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and basin.
