Graziella House - The terrace

A new and elegant apartment. A bright and very modern open-concept kitchen and living room. The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. For this apartment, I chose shades of wood and blue—colours that convey warmth and harmony
UNIQUE FEATURES: A wonderful terrace with a sun deck, table, chairs, and a barbecue for al fresco dining and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Two wardrobes and an antique sideboard add a touch of tradition to the home.
The Space
The apartment is located in a farmhouse typical of the area, which was completely renovated in 2012. Over the past two years, we have completed the interior renovation of the apartments.
Guests also have access to a two-level garden that will be ready in April. The upper level features fruit trees and a bench where you can admire the view or read in peace. The lower, flatter section features a sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor dining area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Use of these areas is free of charge. For the barbecue, I only ask that you reserve it in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
