Ardwyn is a house consisting of a kitchen with three ovens, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a utility with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for fourteen guests and pool table, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a family room with a king-size and sofa bed and en-suite shower, super-king-size with en-suite shower, king-size with en-suite shower, ground-floor king-size serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, blue tiles, and orange walls. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for six cars. EV charging available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.3 miles a beach. Your stay at Ardwyn is sure to be a memorable one.

Enclosed large private rear garden & patio, lighting, luxury furniture, outside dining, sun loungers and a hot tub open or under cover. Two well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There is a additional charge for the use of the hot tub at £200.00 due to the work involved on changeovers and water changes even for weekends - we aim to have the tub warm and ready on arrival

Town: The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history, including a 6th-century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks, and from the Edwardian era, it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today, it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf, and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance.
