Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

The apartment was clean but there were no basics provided (eg. Coffee maker only took pods but none provided and we didn’t know what type we could use). The worst part however, was the check in and check out. Nowhere on the listing does it indicate that you need to walk 10mins away to get the key and drop it off. That is only communicated 24hours prior. Maybe this is ok for a couple of young backpackers but we were travelling with two elderly people - in their 80s - and this was impossible for them with luggage, etc. I would NEVER have rented this apartment knowing this.
