MODERN APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEW, SPACIOUS BALCONY AND PRIVATE TERRACE
A pleasant brand new air-conditioned 4* apartment for 4+2 people with a beautiful view of the island of Krk and the sea. The rooms include a kitchen with a living room with a corner sofa for 2 people (160x200 cm) TV SAT and a dining area, which continues onto a balcony with a comfortable lounge set for enjoyment and relaxation, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200 cm and TV SAT, a small bedroom with two beds 80x200 cm that can be joined into a double bed 160 x200 cm, toilet, bathroom with shower and laundry basket. The apartment category is 4 stars. A parking space is provided in a covered parking lot, a terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a grill. The apartment has WI-FI internet, SAT Flat TV, dishwasher, laundry basket, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and many small kitchen appliances. All rooms are air-conditioned and have separate air conditioners. The apartment is unlocked exclusively with a card that is also used to activate the electricity.

A private family house in a good location in the immediate vicinity of the Thalassotherapia Crikvenica health resort, only 10 m away with a view of the sea and the island of Krk. Also, 50 m away, there is an adrenaline park and various tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, mini-golf, handball, 100-300 m from us. Close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bistros, hotels, playgrounds, shops, and various tourist offers.
Additional fees payable are:
-Registration fee per stay: €45.00
-Environmental fee per stay €10.00
-Crib fee for a child under 2 years old per stay: €20.00
-Deposit €300.00 which is refundable if everything is fine with the apartment

Why they chose this property
I definitely recommend exploring my area, whose coast is rich in various beaches made of sand, concrete, stone and gravel with plenty of natural shade and various entertainment for all ages and a stay for the whole day. Also the promenade that follows our coast and beaches along which you have various coffee bars, pastry shops, restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops and various small cute shops - something for everyone and much more that I can't tell you right away.
