Cypressgreen Haus - Lackland, BMT, Sea World

Cypressgreen Haus is a 6 BEDROOM, single story property that can easily accommodate up to 13 guests. If you are a large group looking for an alternative to the cost and separation of renting multiple hotel rooms, Cypressgreen Haus is for you.

Our house was renovated in 2018 from top to bottom. Six bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 13 guests with four queen beds and five single beds. Enjoy some family time in the living area complete with games, current magazines, and cable. Some of the individual rooms have their own TVs for privacy. Please note that the larger bedrooms do have multiple beds, so not everyone (or couples) will have their own room if you are a large group. See our room descriptions for what beds are in what rooms.

You have access to a large bathroom that is also handicap accessible, a secondary hall bathroom with a shower, and one of the single rooms has its own half bath. This is a single story, ADA compliant home with safety bars in the baths and no steps.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils to cook a dinner. A Keurig coffee maker, coffee, Splenda and sugar is supplied. If needed, there is a washer and dryer available as well, detergent provided.

Our pricing includes accommodations for up to 13 (no additional per guest charges), coffee/splenda/sugar, cable TV and games and puzzles. Outdoor covered seating area to enjoy some time outside.

We have a few unique features that might be of interest. For your safety, we have a commercial grade sprinkler system tied directly to the fire station. We also have a handicap accessible bathroom with rollin shower. There are Exit signs located on the front and back interior doors.

Our goal is to provide the best house, at a reasonable price, for a large family to enjoy. Please read our reviews from families who appreciated having the space to visit and sleep comfortably for less than the cost of 2-3 hotel rooms.

Business stay

Business Stay for military contractors. House was nice and accommodated the amount of people. Property owner made it easy to communicate. Even let us know about a broken drawer prior to staying. The only negative was that the back yard area looked like it had not been maintained. The hose was strewn across porch and the grill had been disassembled and parts left under the gazebo.

Tidy home good for groups willing to share

Our host was very helpful and responsive when we requested extra blankets and pillows. Nicely presented house with plenty of beds. But worth to note three bedrooms only have single beds do the three other rooms have both queen beds plus an extra bed which means if you have 3 couples and kids like our group there’s no couples privacy as you’ll end up sharing room with kids. Plenty of supplies in house but distance to river walk is more like 20 mins not 15. Easy to park in drive and on the street.

Clean, well stocked house, spacious, safe neighborhood with playground in walking distance. Appx 10-15 minutes from lackland and maybe 20 to downtown. Would definitely stay again or recommend for anyone :)
